Registration of the “Titan Backup” trademark
We are a software company from Oradea, Bihor county, and stumbled upon Nomenius on an online forum which debated entrepreneurs’ issues. That is where I also found the recommendation either to register a trademark with SOIT or to make its international registration: Nomenius. Since then (more than a year) I have been working with Mrs. Elena Grecu from Nomenius on various trademark matters (and more, such as consultancy) and managed to have our trademark, Titan Backup (www.titanbackup.com), registered in Romania and on the EU territory.
The next step will probably be to register in the USA or Japan. I advise those who wish to register a trademark to be patient, as I had none and used to relentlessly stress out the attorney. Unfortunately, there was nothing she could do and the bureaucratic procedures for trademarks do have their terms…
Therefore, I waited quietly, and I glad that my only concern was to make a few payments, other than which I received everything in my mailbox right under my nose, just as I needed to. I am a time management maniac and, if I had seen on at least 2-3 occasions that a lot of “trifles” were required from me, I would have given up right from the start.
Instead, Nomenius understood me, as an institution which recognizes a company that is no mood for tackling bureaucratic issues…
